CenterOur
support program revolves around our online eSupport Center,
which is a web portal accessible from within the software
that contains a variety of support resources. Two levels of
support are available: one, free access to the eSupport
Center, and two, additional services via a support
subscription.
Free access to the online eSupport Center
All customers are given access to our online eSupport
Center free of charge, which contains a variety of self-help
tools, a series of web-based taped training sessions, as
well as a knowledge base, white papers, downloads, and other
resources.
